As you know that each move is unique and different from each other. This really depends on the distance and amount of goods you are moving. Some simple things are also considerable like where we can park the truck or are there any stairs; these things can add an extra time in loading etc.

The below is what on an average a job takes. But that is just a rough estimate and it will depend on the circumstances on the day

  • 2T and  4T truck takes anywhere between 2-4 hours.
  • 8T Truck average is generally between 4-6 hours
  • 10T Truck can range anywhere between 6-8 hours

At the time of booking our team will try to figure out the size and quantity of your goods and accordingly suggest you the vehicle required. You can call our expert or provide us item details through mail so that our staff can assist you. It is important that you give us an accurate list of goods at the time of booking , so as to avoid multiple trips on the day to move your goods which may cost you more eventually.

We provide basic Public liability and transit insurance on all our moves and the price of the same is included in the price quoted.

Public Insurance includes that if any damage were to happen to your premises, it is  covered by this insurance.

 

Goods in Transit Insurance  includes Damage caused to your goods in at fault vehicle accident while in transit if it is our fault.

In addition if any damage is made through our own handling and negligence then we would get it fixed or replaced for you.

Although we take all care in moving your goods, but the unexpected can happen, so we highly recommend that you take a separate Full cover Insurance prior to the move. Absolutely we can help you in packing. This can be done a day prior to your move or any other day. Either you can arrange  packing material on your own or you can allow us to bring it for you and you can just pay for the material which has been used.

Boxes are not included in any package. You can arrange it by yourself or allow us to bring them for you when we arrive there for the job. Please check the prices of boxes and packing material in Packing material page. If at loading time you want the same please inform us before moving date so that our movers will bring the same along with.

You can make the payment by cash or card at the end of the job.Extra 3% surcharge charged by the bank if payment is made through card.

Our team comes with all the required mandatory  equipments for the move .Moving blankets, pads, straps and rope, hand trolley and shrink wraps etc. are always there in a vehicle. Other equipment such as tool box, flatbed trolley, hand truck etc. can be arranged at request. . Please let us know at the time of booking if any other equipment is required

Yes you can,for a small move, if you would like to hire one mover or you want to assist our mover. It is recommended to hire two professional movers for your house moving.

We own all of our vehicles, however due to peak season and weekend bookings, we suggest you to remain on the safer side by booking couple of days prior to the move.

Kindly contact our team and they will use the information provided by you to  suggest you the size of the van you need.It depends on the number and volume of items to be moved.

The below is list of vehicles frequently used for

  • For smaller items to basic 1 bedroom apartment 2T van is advised
  • For 1-2 bedroom apartments or moving bit larger items 4 T Truck is considered
  • For moving larger items or 2-4 bedroom houses 8T truck us advised
  • For moving 3-4 bedroom houses or larger jobs 10 T truck should be booked.

Again from the survey we will evaluate how many movers and vehicles your move needs. It is typically between 2-4 but sometimes more than that depending on move volume. We will work this out based on move volume, move distance, whether you are packing or we will be packing. We are responsible for ensuring that we provide enough movers and vehicles for your move.

Every move is different in terms of amount and goods to be moved. We charge on hourly basis and for a medium sized office the approximate hourly charges are $125

Without a doubt, we use cushioned covers for couches, chairs, tables, TV and other appliances and we use furniture blanket for furniture protection in the vehicle.

We will place all the furniture where you would like them to be placed, and boxes will be placed as they are labelled. Assist us ensure everything is correctly labelled when we are packing so that we can unload everything into its correct place.

We would recommend you to use vans for single items like bed, washing machine, refrigerator etc. However, if you want to move your entire home, we suggest you use a 4T Truck as it will fit and move your all items safely.

Load that a 2T van can take is approximately 1000 kgs and can carry  2 standard pallets of under 1000 kg in total.
